DAI proposal: contests for people

Make contests for usual non-crypto people.
With interesting for them prizes (crypto+non crypto ) (like PS5 + 60% HOPR + 40% BTC).
Spend to the prizes ~ 25%-35% of the available DAI.

Order advertisement to advertize these contests.
(Twiter ads, youtube blogers etc.)
Spend to advertisement 65%-75% of DAI.

Thanks for the proposal @ccspider. There’s currently not enough information to tag this one as valid. What kind of contests? How would this benefit HOPR? (This might seem like a dumb question, but even obvious seeming things should be specified in a proposal)
