Allocate 70M Tokens to the Testnet Participants

  1. Allocated 70M to testnet participants.
  2. Those 70M token should be vested linearly over 1 year
  3. Unlocks the first distribution at mainnet (ie 1/12 of the share)
  4. Use the other 15M to create a market on a dex.

This way there would be market for the one who want to buy it at the launch (kind of IDO) and as well as the tesnet participants will be rewarded.

The vesting period would make sure there is no sudden dump in the market.
