[Hopr Proposal] - Trial just Gamma with 10% of our Liquidity for 6 months

Arrakis inflexibility as to fees means we can’t do the trial as we would like without paying extra for the remainder of the year (if we chose to end the relationship at the end of the trial).

@satopin has suggested we trial just Gamma.

The last 24 hours of voting indicates a majority for 10% of our liquidity for 6 months.

At the end of the trial we should judge Gamma against our status quo performance.

@Kage22 has done a nice summary of metrics:
