Idea: as we all know, HOPR is already a messenger, so no need to explain much.
What people need? The messenger must be trusted, with message encryption, masking IP ofc, and it can be a node to make it’s cost
really hard part: but it also could be resistant to government control… ,what makes problem going far beyond tech sphere

telegram is doing so many things you dont even know about and you wouldn’t like of. Do you need proof? There are plenty articles and feedbacks. I personally am constantly surprized of what it is doing…

but we really do not have one compact easy to use and truly isolated messenger.
