Apologies for the issues in Snapshot and the Forum. We ran into two technical problems on Friday: there was an issue with TheGraph which affected Snapshot’s ability to calculate vote power. I had to delay the vote until this could be resolved, so it started a few hours late.
Separately, there was a back-end issue with the forum which made it impossible to stay logged in for more than a few seconds.
