Is this intended as an official proposal? We’d need a lot more information before it could be assessed as valid or not. See here for the validity criteria and a template which might be useful.
One option is to give 20-30% to holders who have been in the project for a long time in proportion to investments, participation in activities, and long-term investments

While I appreciate the sentiment it seems that Staking is pretty much doing this. You hodl (stake) for rewards, if you’re a long term hodler then you get NFTs to boost your rewards. I’m not against more rewards or anything just saying the current system does exactly this - rewards hodling.
