Proposal: Create a Hopr protocol “soft-patch” for simple apps in different programming languages.

Scope of work:
Develop a scripts and guides for popular programming languages which could be easily integrated into some software. This basic HOPR-layer sources implemented in different programming languages could be used in researching purposes in different universities by students and anyone who is developing his own software could use this guidelines and sources to keep their app metadata safe.

For example Alice created a trading bot on Javascript and want to use it with built-in Hopr protocol. Then, by following guideline and published JS script she add this code to her newly built bot.

HOPR DAO v0.3 Discussion Phase: Proposal Guide

The discussion phase has begun! It runs from 2pm CET March 10th to 12pm CET on March 16th. The goal of the discussion phase is to produce proposals which address the current governance topic.
